Introduction

Almost all pages in any of the webpages, prepared by CGC, including Treasures of the Internet (TOTI),  Likas-Philippines, Innovative BiomedicaLAB, as well as  the Family Webpages, personal page, or "affiliated webpages" (e.g., SJSAA), consist of at least different websites -- a newsletter, a photogallery and a calendar -- using different softwares.  There might be other websites, like a Wiki, Links Directories, depending on the webpage.

There are also other features, like forums, shout box, etc. The Newsletter used here has an integrated Forums and the Shout Box (thus will not require a separate login).

Newsletter Top Navigation. This site where you are reading this article is called a Newsletter page.  More specifically the Newsletter  and also the introductory page of Treasures of the Internet (Our World Today).  More specifically, you will find this and related files under  Reference Desk => Tutorials

You will find the links to the Newsletter and other webpages at the  Top Navigation section section under Treasures of the Internet or Home. In turn, the other sites like the photogallery and  calendar will have similar  Top Navigation section so that you may be able to navigate from one website to another.

Each of the webpage for sites like Likas-Philippines, SJSAA has its  own separate Newsletter, Photogallery and Calendar, linked accordingly. Familiarize yourself with the navigation tree for the Top Navigation section because the format are more or less the same for all the webpages.

Public and Private Access.   Almost all the contents of each of the webpages may be viewed by the public. Some pages may be viewed only by registered members or even more specific group, like the members of my family clan.

Access to any of the websites is a privelege, not a right.  The Editors, Administrators, Moderators, Community Leaders, assigned to each section may exercise the power to suspend or ban registered members who do not adhere to the rules.

Submissions.  Submission of an article, a calendar event or photos will require you to register, approval of registration, and once approved, you need to log into the appropriate website.

There are more stringent rules and guidelines for the Photogallery registration and submission process.

Before you start, please make sure that you read and understand the following rules and guidelines:

Registration and Login.  How to register and login for the

  • Newsletter site
  • PhotoGallery site
  • Calendar site

As noted earlier, each of the aforementioned has iits own registration and login.

Submissions.  How to Submit:

  • An Article Using the Newsletter Submission Form
  • Photos in a PhotoGallery site
  • An Event (news, announcements, birthdays, historical events, etc.) in the Calendar Site

Be sure to read the rules and guidelines before you even attempt to register.  If you do not follow the  rules and guidelines discussed for each website, your registration may not be approved, or you may be banned.
