For the Galleries of Likas -Philippines, use the following "Screen Image Optimization Galleries":

• Image Optimization Gallery @NET 1000px
  -- the default "screen image optimization". Unless otherwise noted all images to be processed -- prior to upload in any of the Galleries of Likas -Philippines -- must undergo screen image optimization in this site. All images uploaded Image Optimization Gallery @NET 1000px must be at least 1020px (or as large as original image, e.g., 3200px for current 10Mb digital cameras). 
• Image Optimization Gallery @NET 1600px
  -- use this only as directed in Photo Upload Sites and Screen-image Optimization. All images uploaded  Image Optimization Gallery @NET 1600px must be at least 1650px (or as large as original image).

Basic Photo Requirements 

• Do not upload any photo less than the minimum size (i.e., 1020 px and 1650px) indicated for the aforementioned galleries.  The automated "screen image optimization" process will not work if the minimum size is not met.
  
• All images uploaded in either of the aforementioned "Screen Image Optimization Galleries" must have no photomarks, and artificial borders.
• If possible, other than resizing, illumination and color adjustments, avoid excessive image manipulation.
  

Images Uploaded in the Galleries of Likas -Philippines

Note that the images uploaded in the aforementioned  "Screen Image Optimization Galleries" are meant solely to create  "screen-optimized images" that would result in drastic reduction (2x-30x) in the disks storage usage of each image, with minimal reduction of the quality of the image when viewed in an internet screen.  Thus, the term, "screen image optimization". 

However, the "screen-optimized images" are not optimized for printing.
