Introduction

Access and Permissions. Note that if all you wish is to browse the contents of any site, you do not need to register nor login.  However, if you wish to submit an article, participate in the forums,post in the Shout Box, or if you wish to access certain sections, files, etc. that require certain "permissions" you need to register, and then login. 

Some of those registered may be given privileges, such as serves as an "editor",  a " publisher", or as an "administrator" with defined duties and corresponding priveleges and permissions.  However, the latter designations will be limited to a few individuals.  Also, the designation will be bestowed only once the person involved has shown technical familiarity with the software used.

The procedure outlined below will focus only on general registration and login, required of everyone, if you wish to participate, as outlined above.  Moreover, this applies mainly for the Newsletter.  There might be slight differences for the registration and login for the other websites.

Introduction

Almost all pages in any of the webpages, prepared by CGC, including Treasures of the Internet (TOTI),  Likas-Philippines, Innovative BiomedicaLAB, as well as  the Family Webpages, personal page, or "affiliated webpages" (e.g., SJSAA), consist of at least different websites -- a newsletter, a photogallery and a calendar -- using different softwares.  There might be other websites, like a Wiki, Links Directories, depending on the webpage.

There are also other features, like forums, shout box, etc. The Newsletter used here has an integrated Forums and the Shout Box (thus will not require a separate login).
