CFIDS:SFAF Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome [CFIDS]); Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), :
an illness characterized by fatigue, neurological
problems, joint and muscle pain, and impairment of the ability to function
normally for 6 months or longer. CFS is associated with impaired natural
killer cell activity. The cause of CFS is unknown, but the condition may
be associated with a virus (e.g., Epstein-Barr virus).
