Disease resulting from infection with a protozoan parasite of the
Microsporidia family (e.g., Enterocytozoan bieneusi, Septata intestinalis)
which may affect the sinuses, lungs and intestines in immunocompromised
patients, and may become disseminated. Microsporidiosis often causes diarrhea
