  • Listeriosis: SFAF
    infection caused by Listeria monocytogenes, an aerobic bacteria that may be present in meat, poultry and raw or unpasteurized milk products. Listeriosis often manifests as meningitis, and may infect pregnant women and newborns. Symptoms are typically mild and flu-like, but may be more serious in immunocompromised individuals.
